Welcome back to the movies! Before you head to your next movie, please review the following health and safety measures that have been put in place.

Limited Seating
Auditorium capacity will be limited to ensure a 2-metre distance between groups. At theatres with reserved seating, we will be blocking seats online so groups do not book next to each other.
All employees must pass a health screening prior to each shift. Employees will be required to wear a facemask or shield for the duration of their shift.
GUIDELINES FOR GUESTS:

FAQ:
I have a Pass, Admit One, or Access 2. How do I redeem it?
Imagine Cinemas is now requiring that all passes be redeemed over the phone at least 24 hours before the start of your desired performance showtime. Passes that need to be redeemed over the phone are:
- Courtesy Passes (Yellow / Orange)
- Premiere Passes (Blue)
- Two for Ones (Purple)
- Admit Ones (Blue / Purple)
- Access 2’s
- CNIB’s
- Under 3
- Local’s Deal (Whistler Only)
Our suggestion to ensure you can get through to our locations is to email the theatre directly (info can be found on our “Contact Us” page) with your phone number and your desired performance time. Our manager will give you a call at their earliest convenience to process your tickets.
Once on the phone, our managers will ask for the type of pass that you have and if you require additional tickets. You’ll be required to provide your name and email address. If there is a surcharge in addition to your passes, you’ll be required to provide a credit card number on the phone in order for us to process your transaction.
Once on-site, you’ll proceed to the manager scanning all tickets and provide your name and the passes you redeemed over the phone in order to be granted access to the theatre. Failure to provide the required passes will result in your ticket purchase being null and void, so make sure you don’t forget to bring them!
If you’re a guest trying to redeem an Access 2 or Admit One, we just ask that you present your Access 2 or CNIB ID card for validation.
My Courtesy Pass, Premiere Pass, or 2-for-1 expired during the time you were closed. What do I do?
Passes that expired during our closure have been extended until December 31st, 2020.
Online ticketing will also help us coordinate with government bodies to aid in contact tracing. By ensuring each guest has provided an email address, we can alert you and officials of potential exposure to a COVID-positive guest should that scenario occur.
Do I have to print my tickets?
Don’t worry about printing your online confirmation, you can simply pull it up on your mobile device and we’ll scan it right from your device!
Are masks required?
Imagine Cinemas will require all staff and all guests to wear a mask that covers their mouth and nose. Masks cannot be equipped with an exhale valve that would push unfiltered exhalation particles into the environment. If a guest cannot wear a mask due to medical or religious reasons, they must wear a Face Shield in lieu of a mask.
Masks and/or Face Shields must be worn at all times except when a guest is sitting in their designated seat and consuming food or beverage.
If a guest over the age of 3 years old arrives on the premises without a mask and/or Face Shield, they will be asked to leave; no exceptions.
