CanFilmDay, presented by REEL CANADA, returns on Wednesday, April 15 for the world’s biggest film festival, and celebration of Canadian movies! With an anticipated 2,000 screenings happening across Canada and around the world, this is our chance to dream together, and dream big, with Canadian film. Our diverse and creative communities are strongest with elbows linked.
Watching a Canadian movie helps us understand the stories and lives of other Canadians, as well as our own. Watching a film together is like sharing a dream. And this year, we need to roll up our sleeves, link elbows, and dream together, more than ever. From theatres to classrooms, libraries to living rooms, Canadians everywhere will be watching, and you can be part of the celebration!
