"Something Left Behind" is a music documentary that tells the story of UK indie heroes The Wedding Present's much-heralded 1987 debut album, "George Best". Directed by Andrew Jezard, this documentary explores the 30 year lifespan of a record that has come to define youth in the minds of so many, and tells the story of a band who would later go on to have 18 Top 40 singles and who still perform today. Featuring live and archival footage from around Europe, along with interviews with all of the original band members alongside other contributors, fans and radio DJs, this movie will mean something to everyone who's ever experienced the thrill of listening to music. It was partly Kickstarter-funded, with thousands of fans of the band clubbing together from all corners of the world, making sure the movie could be exactly what the director wanted..
