Are your theatres wheelchair accessible?

Yes, all of our theatres are wheelchair accessible. Our Elgin Mills, London, Market Square, and Whistler locations all have elevators. These elevators are locked for normal use and you may need to contact the theatre ahead of time to arrange for their use.

 

Do you offer closed captioning for the hearing impaired?

Closed captioning is available at certain locations. Please contact your preferred theatre for more information.

 

Do you offer described video for the visually impaired?

Described video is not currently offered.

 

Are service animals welcome in theatres?

Service animals are welcome at all of our locations.
