How do I obtain a ticket refund?

You can request a refund up to one hour before showtime.

To do so, simply:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of your location’s website and click Manage Booking.

  2. Select My Tickets.

  3. From there, you can view your ticket confirmation and choose the refund option.

 

 Can I exchange my ticket for a different date/showtime/movie?

Transactions can only be refunded, not altered.

If you need to change your showtime or movie, please:

  1. Refund your original tickets (up to one hour before showtime) by clicking Manage Booking at the bottom of your location’s website and selecting My Tickets.

  2. After the refund process is complete, you can then purchase new tickets for your preferred showtime or film.

 

I missed my movie, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, No. Refunds must be processed at least one hour before your scheduled showtime. Once the showtime has passed, tickets are no longer eligible for a refund.

We recommend using the Manage Booking option on your location’s website to request any changes ahead of time.

What do I do if I was double charged?

 Please send your confirmation number, email address entered at the time of purchase, location you purchased for and the last four digits of your card number used to contact@imaginecinemas.com and a team member will get back to you.
